The beginning of a brave adventure into truth

Welcome happy, healthy humans! 

I am so overjoyed to have this space and be able to share with you in this way. 

This blog and the entire business of 5everfull is in service to our unraveling, healing and liberation as individuals and as a human community. This is a practice in self-responsibility as well as collective wellbeing. 

Every exploration here will be a dance around the idea of FULLNESS. Ultimately, I’ll be playing with the questions “what does it mean to be full?” and “how do we live full lives?”. 

In case you haven’t noticed, the dominant CULTure promotes our separation, brokenness, dissociation and self-fragmentation.  The corporations that run this capitalist machine that we live in literally benefit from our disconnection and lack of fulfillment. Every major industry (health, education, fashion/beauty, food) is based on the premise that human beings are incomplete in their natural state and need some sort of external alteration to be truly “happy”. 

So, this space isn’t interested in further propagating any of these lies. Here, I’m interested in truth. And truth is often inconvenient, its uncomfortable and it can be painful, offensive, confronting and even deeply unsettling. But you know what else? Truth is profoundly loving. Truth is an act of supreme, divine, cosmic love. So out of my love for myself, out of my love for you dear reader and out of my love for the world, I feel compelled to come here and share the truth. 

And the truth is that each one of us has the capacity within ourselves to be full forever. We have everything we need to be happy and healthy humans right inside. Our bodies, our beautiful bodies hold the truth of our reality. Our bodies are one unified, connected, comprehensive organism. Nothing in the body exists in isolation. Truth exists in our heels, hips, hearts, hands, heads and in the passageways between these intelligent centers. 

Wherever you’re coming from, whatever point you’re at in your experience of your body - its all perfect. Its all more perfect than you can imagine. And you’re in exactly the right place and its exactly the right time.
